Who We Are

Egalite Equite Foundation (EEF) is a non-profit organization passionately dedicated to promoting equality, empowering marginalized communities, and creating sustainable opportunities that transform lives across Uganda.

Founded on the unwavering belief that every person deserves fairness, dignity, and equal access to opportunities for growth and development, we work tirelessly to bridge social and economic gaps that have long divided our communities. Through comprehensive education programs, essential health initiatives, and targeted empowerment projects, we are building a foundation for lasting change.

Our approach goes beyond temporary solutions. We invest in people, strengthen communities, and create pathways to self-sufficiency. By addressing root causes of inequality and providing tools for sustainable development, we're not just changing lives today—we're building a more equitable tomorrow for generations to come.

Our Journey

Our Story

The Egalite Equite Foundation was established in 2022 by a dynamic group of passionate youth leaders and dedicated professionals who shared a powerful vision: to create a Uganda where inequality no longer determines one's destiny.

What began as modest outreach projects in rural schools and underserved health centers—driven purely by compassion and volunteer effort—has blossomed into a structured, impactful organization reaching hundreds of families across multiple districts in Uganda today.

Our journey has been marked by resilience, learning, and unwavering commitment. From conducting educational workshops in small village classrooms to implementing comprehensive health awareness campaigns, from providing scholarships to vulnerable children to training community leaders in sustainable development practices—every step has been guided by the voices and needs of the communities we serve.

Today, EEF stands as a testament to what collective action and genuine dedication can achieve. We've grown not just in size, but in impact, reach, and the depth of transformation we bring to each community. Yet, our story is far from complete—it's being written every day through the lives we touch and the futures we help shape.
